1. Secure, Online Transaction in Sterling

  1. The country of Merchant Location of Rembrella is the United Kingdom. Transactions by Rembrella Ltd. are in the currency of United Kingdom Sterling (Great Britain Pound).
  2. Goods are the property of Rembrella Ltd. until payment has been settled in full.
  3. Online payment: The order form at www.rembrella.co.uk for entering credit/debit card data is hosted by Payment Service Provider (PSP) Secure Hosting at Monek Ltd. A solid padlock in the browser status bar indicates that encryption is taking place using 256 bit SSL, the strongest commercial level of encryption. Cardholder Data and Personal Data entered into the form will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the internet. The following elements of Personal Data on the order form are required to enable Rembrella Ltd. to fulfil the order and despatch the goods:
    • name of cardholder
    • address of cardholder
    • name and address for delivery (if different to cardholder)
    • email address
    • telephone contact number.
  4. The email address provided will be used by the PSP at Monek Ltd. to send an automated reply to confirm: the transaction reference, the date, time and total amount paid for goods and delivery in Sterling. (If an automated email is not received to confirm the order please contact Rembrella Ltd.)
  5. A card transaction will appear on your card provider’s statement as payment to www.rembrella.co.uk, the authorized website for transactions hosted by the PSP Monek Ltd.
  6. Rembrella Ltd. is PCI:DSS Compliant and does not have access to, handle or store Cardholder Data.
  7. Payment by cheque (drawn on a United Kingdom bank in Sterling) should be made payable to Rembrella Ltd. and sent to Rembrella Ltd., 12 Oak Ash Green, Wilton, Salisbury SP2 0RR, England.
  8. Rembrella Ltd. aims to process an order within 2 working days of an online payment being authorized or when a payment by cheque has cleared.
  9. Sales Invoice/Receipt: A sales invoice confirming the receipt of payment (and time of a card transaction as appropriate) will be enclosed with the goods when they are despatched. The Personal Data printed on the sales invoice will consist of:
    • the cardholder’s name and address
    • the delivery name and address if different.
  10. Commercial Invoice: Parcels to international destinations outside Europe will be accompanied by a Commercial Invoice (3 copies) for customs purposes to show the price paid for goods, which are excluded UK VAT tax @ 20%. Personal Data printed on the Commercial Invoice is:
    • the name and address of the recipient of the goods
    • a contact telephone number.
  11. Goods ordered as a gift: Gifts for delivery to a third party will have a delivery note enclosed with the goods. Personal Data on the delivery note is the name and address of the giftee and the name of the person sending the gift. The sales invoice/receipt will be sent separately by post to the person sending the gift.

2. Automated Email Confirmation

In response to the submission of an online order an automated reply will confirm that your order has been received by Rembrella Ltd. If you do not receive an automated email, it is most likely that there is an accidental error in your email address on the order form you have submitted. 3. Processing Your Order

Rembrella Ltd. aims to process your order within 2 working days of your order for goods being submitted.

4. Despatch of Your Order

When your payment to Rembrella Ltd. has been authorised we aim to despatch your goods within 48 hours. At certain times of the year we may receive a high number of orders in a short time, and during these busy periods we reserve the right to pack and despatch orders within a 14-21 day time-frame. We will advise you if we anticipate a delay to your order being despatched by us beyond our usual 48 hour turnaround.

5. Receipt of Your Payment

A receipt of payment will be enclosed with your order as an acknowledgement of your payment to Rembrella Ltd.

If you have ordered the goods as a gift to be sent to a different delivery address Rembrella will send the invoice to you by email or by post and will enclose a delivery note with the order to the giftee. Where possible the paperwork for a giftee will not indicate the cost of the item. (International packages must carry a customs form to identify the goods inside and show their cost.)
