Postage & Delivery Times
Rembrella will despatch your order by Royal Mail postal service or by courier, depending on the destination, size and weight of the order. We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it and despatch it within 48 hours.
At certain times of the year we may receive a high number of orders in a short time, and during these busy periods we reserve the right to pack and despatch orders within a 14-28 day timeframe. We will advise you if we anticipate a delay to your order being despatched by us beyond our usual 48 hour turnaround.
Calculating your Postage Cost
You can calculate the postage for an umbrella order by going to our online order form and selecting the destination country for the despatch, the quantity of umbrellas required and selecting the 'Next' button. This does not oblige you to purchase anything. The secure section of our order form (with the visible padlock in the lower right corner) will only be accessed once you have clicked on the 'Submit' button to submit the order and pay for the goods.

Orders for up to 12 Umbrellas
UK destination
This includes Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
Orders placed for up to 12 umbrellas of the following styles are calculated at the best price for delivery and are despatched accordingly as follows:
Telescopic Style (Poppy Umbrella only)
- Royal Mail first class packet post (1 - 2 working days) or
- overnight courier (next working day) for larger quantity bulk orders
Standard or Golf Style Umbrella
- Royal Mail standard parcel post (3 - 5 working days) or
- overnight courier (next working day) for larger quantity bulk orders
Europe and International destination
Telescopic Style (Poppy Umbrella only)
- Royal Mail airmail small packet post (5 - 7 working days)
- or for larger quantities, Air Mail international parcel post by Parcelforce Global Priority Service (3 working days from posting, excluding any delay in customs).
Standard or Golf Style Umbrella
- Air Mail international parcel post by Parcelforce Global Priority Service (3 working days from posting, excluding any delay in customs).
The service is very expensive for the golf Poppy Umbrella to be posted by air mail due to its length being over 90 centimetres, which is the maximum length for a “small packet”. The Parcelforce Global Priority Service provides a full tracking facility and up to £100 cover for loss or damage. Should the parcel be damaged in transit, lost or not delivered within the 3 working days (except where the parcel is held in customs) a claim can be made to Parcelforce for up to 25% of the postage cost.

BFPO: HM Forces Worldwide
Parcels can be sent to BFPO addresses worldwide for a concessionary rate. The parcel must be addressed using the military address at a BFPO number, HM Ship or to a military or diplomatic address. Parcels to a dependant must be addressed “care of” the serving relative at the HM Forces address.
The option to select BFPO is provided in the list for Destination Country on our online order form.
Bulk Orders of 13+ Umbrellas
UK Destination (Mainland and Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands)
Orders can be placed for up to 24 umbrellas of each style on our online order form and delivery calculated for the best available price. The umbrellas will be despatched either by Royal Mail parcel post or by overnight courier accordingly.
