Prices for bulk orders of Poppy Umbrellas and Rotary Emblem Umbrellas start from a minimum order of 24 items of one style of umbrella.

Non-Commercial Organizations
Rembrella is pleased to be able to offer wholesale prices to non-commercial organizations (registered charities, not-for-profit organizations, government bodies, museums, educational establishments, fundraising projects) wishing to sell The Poppy Umbrella at a retail price as a means to help raise income for good causes and for heritage and educational organizations.
Commercial Organizations
Commercial companies or individuals wishing to sell The Poppy Umbrella as a retail product and with no direct connection to a not-for-profit organization or project will be offered a trade price list. This trade price list will incorporate an amount per umbrella in the unit price for Rembrella Ltd. to donate to our chosen Services charity. Any additional donation by a commercial company to a charitable concern or good cause of their choice from income raised from sales of The Poppy Umbrella will be especially welcomed.

Umbrella Packaging
- Telescopic Poppy Umbrella "Minlite" style: Each umbrella is packaged in a clear pvc sleeve with a card inserted in the sleeve explaining the story behind this special umbrella. Umbrellas are boxed in a cardboard box for 36 units in three smaller boxes of 12 units each.
- Standard Poppy Umbrella (walking length) "Roma" style: Each umbrella is packaged in a cellophane sleeve with additional protective plastic wrapping around the wooden handle with a swing-ticket explaining the story behind the umbrella. Umbrellas are boxed in a cardboard box for 24 units in two smaller boxes of 12 units each.
- Golf Poppy Umbrella "Sheffield Sports" style: Each umbrella is packaged in a cellophane sleeve with additional protective bubble-wrap around the handle. There is a card explaining the story behind the umbrella. Umbrellas are boxed in a cardboard box for 25 units.
- Standard "Roma" Rotary Emblem Umbrella style (walking length/fashion): Each umbrella is packaged in a cellophane sleeve with additional protective plastic wrapping around the wooden handle and a swing-ticket. Umbrellas are boxed in a cardboard box for 24 units in two smaller boxes of 12 units each.
- Golf "Stormshield" Rotary Emblem Umbrella style: Each umbrella is packaged in a cellophane sleeve with additional plastic around the handle and a swing ticket. Umbrellas are boxed in a cardboard box for 12 units in two smaller boxes of 6 units each.
Delivery Lead Time
Rembrella usually carries stock to be able to supply a quantity of up to 100 umbrellas at short notice. If stock is not immediately available please be advised that there may be a period of up to approximately 16 weeks for the manufacture of new stock.
Shipping
Rembrella will provide a quotation for shipping the required quantity of an order as appropriate and will advise regarding delivery lead time. For bulk orders within the United Kingdom and for international orders Rembrella uses the services of a carrier.
Orders will be prepared for despatch on receipt of an order and payment. New customers and international customers will be required to make payment in advance of shipping.
- Goods will be despatched to UK destinations by overnight carrier for delivery dates between Monday to Friday.
- Goods will be despatched to EU and international destinations by carrier.
Rembrella will send an email to advise the name of the carrier and the due delivery date.
In the event that the goods do not arrive within a reasonable time after the expected date of delivery you should contact Rembrella.
Placing a Wholesale Order
Wholesale orders can be placed by telephone, email or letter.
Payment
New customers and international customers will be required to arrange payment in advance of the despatch of the goods. An invoice will be issued with details for making payment. Rembrella Ltd. trades in Sterling. Payment can be made in Euros for orders placed from European countries.
Payment can be made either by:
- Sterling Cheque (drawn on a UK bank)
- Bank transfer
